Returns
Due to the personal care nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Refunds & Replacements
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if :
✔ You received a damaged product
✔ You received the wrong item
✔ Your order arrived defective or unusable
✔ Your package was missing items
Once reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds or returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Change of mind after purchase
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
